Wellpreneur designs founder-first systems for those who build, fund, and scale
The science is clear
founder resilience isn’t optional, it’s what scaling is built on.
Wellpreneur For Founders, By Founders
An organizational psychologist, founder, and ecosystem builder, Rania has led accelerator programs, managed corporate innovation, and supported 3,000+ founders and professionals across MENA to lead with clarity, resilience, and impact.
It all started with a simple but important realization: the hardest part of building a startup isn’t strategy or funding, it’s managing the internal weight and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with it.
As a psychologist and founder, Rania knew what it felt like to carry the pressure, doubt, and constant demands that come with leading something from the ground up.
Later, while managing accelerators, incubators, and corporate innovation programs, she saw the same struggles play out again and again. Talented founders burning out not because their ideas weren’t strong, but because the system wasn’t built to support the person behind the business.
That’s how Wellpreneur was born, rooted in psychology, built for founders, and driven by resilience.
Wellpreneur is the first founder-first platform in MENA designed to turn emotional resilience into a strategic advantage, helping founders build, scale, and lead with clarity, strength, and sustainability.
